Judy Butler, Functional Nutritionist
Judy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach. Before joining Dr. Kim Loomis’ team, Judy gained work experience with her family’s automotive business, but she notes that a highlight of her early career was serving with the Peace Corps in Cambodia as a lead English Teacher and curriculum project manager for several years. Judy believes that her time spent in Cambodia helped her see the power in using natural resources to heal the body as an alternative to pharmaceutical drugs. Once returned, she followed her passion and became a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Health Coach. Judy is passionate about the effectiveness of food as medicine, nutritional supplementation, and a healthy lifestyle. She exemplifies these passions in the First Line Therapy patient sessions at Loomis Family Health and Wellness. In her free time, Judy loves doing yoga, playing outdoors, working on DIY projects, and traveling.
